2. Authorised use
The application may be used only by people authorised by Maad Solutions and for Google accounts where the account owner has granted appropriate access. Users must follow applicable law, Google's terms and policies, and any agreement governing the account. Users must not access accounts or data without permission or attempt to bypass security controls.
3. Google access
The application accesses Google services after authorisation and within the permissions granted. Depending on its configuration, it may read advertising data and make account changes.
4. Privacy
Google data is handled as described in the Google Ads MCP Privacy Policy. Revoking Google access stops future API access but does not automatically delete information already retained under that policy.
5. Availability
The application depends on Google and other third-party services. Availability may be affected by maintenance, security requirements or changes to those services.
6. Advertising outcomes
The application supports advertising work but does not guarantee campaign performance, leads, sales, ad approval or uninterrupted access. Account owners remain responsible for their advertising objectives, budgets and approval of account changes.
